Illustration

Our two types of illustrations—spot illustrations and product illustrations—are created with a clear purpose. Spot illustrations are used to soften technical topics by transforming the topics into simple, fun, and easy-going images with a unique and accessible style, whereas product illustrations are useful resources for a variety of design applications. Color

Our color palette is designed for creating illustrations. Prioritize the grays and blues when drawing, and use different shades to add depth to images. Color families other than the gray and the blue ones can also be used sparingly with intention in illustrations when creating vibrant images.

The full color palette consists of black, white, and the colors above.

Usage proportion

Our typical illustrations are made up of two main colors—gray and blue. Gray is the main color that sets up the basic tone, whereas blue is used to highlight important features and messages.
